m11bet Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings assigned to them below, unless context requires otherwise:

• "m11bet" — refers to the online betting platform operating at m11bet.cam, its parent company, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors.
• "Platform" — the m11bet website, mobile site, and any associated applications through which Services are delivered.
• "Member" / "You" / "User" — any individual who has successfully registered an account on the Platform.
• "Account" — the personal account created by a Member to access the Services, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
• "Services" — all products and features offered by m11bet including sports betting, live casino, slot games, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets.
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free bet, cashback offer, or reward granted by m11bet to a Member subject to applicable terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total bet turnover a Member must complete before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and address verification process required to activate full withdrawal privileges.
• "Prohibited Activities" — any conduct expressly forbidden under these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, collusion, use of automated betting software, and underage gambling.

Access to m11bet and use of its Services is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must be at least 21 years of age. m11bet enforces a strict 21+ policy with no exceptions. Any attempt to register an account by a person under 21 years of age is a material breach of these Terms.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia and be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by local law applicable to you personally.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on m11bet or any associated platform, and must not currently be subject to a voluntary or mandatory exclusion order.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and not be acting under any legal disability or incapacity.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any such person employed by m11bet or any of its affiliated entities.

m11bet reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend access pending verification. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances.

To access the full range of Services, you must register a Member account on the Platform. The following rules apply to the registration and ongoing management of your account:

1. One Account Per Person: Each individual is entitled to register exactly one (1) m11bet account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
2. Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your legal full name (as it appears on your national identity card, KTP), date of birth, active email address, and Indonesian mobile phone number.
3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. m11bet will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep login credentials secure.
4. Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify m11bet immediately via [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use of your account or any security breach.
5. Account Currency: All m11bet accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Deposits made via supported local banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay) are settled in IDR. USDT deposits are converted to IDR at the prevailing rate at the time of deposit.
6. Non-Transferability: Your account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party under any circumstances.

m11bet supports a range of Indonesian-focused payment channels to facilitate fast, convenient, and secure fund transfers. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the Platform.

4.1 Deposits

• Accepted deposit methods include: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata (local bank transfer); OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja (e-wallet); and USDT via TRC-20 or ERC-20 networks (cryptocurrency).
• Minimum deposit amount: Rp 50.000. Maximum deposit amounts may vary by payment method and account tier — please refer to the Cashier section for current limits.
• Deposits funded through bank transfer are typically credited within 1–5 minutes of confirmed receipt. USDT deposits are credited after the required network confirmations (typically 1–3 confirmations).
• All deposited funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned to the source less any applicable transfer fees.
• m11bet does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transfer charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to verified bank accounts or e-wallets held in the Member's name only. Transfers to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rp 100.000. Maximum single withdrawal amounts are subject to account verification tier and VIP level.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is under 5 minutes for verified accounts, 24 hours a day. Withdrawals pending compliance review may take up to 3 business days.
• Members must complete KYC verification (Clause 7) before submitting their first withdrawal request. Unverified accounts may have withdrawals withheld pending identity confirmation.
• m11bet reserves the right to request supporting documentation (proof of deposit, proof of identity, source of funds declaration) before processing any withdrawal at its sole discretion.

4.3 Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback, reversal, or payment dispute with your bank or e-wallet provider in relation to a m11bet deposit constitutes a breach of these Terms. m11bet reserves the right to suspend the account, recover the disputed amount from any available balance, and pursue recovery through all available legal channels.

m11bet regularly offers bonuses, promotions, cashback programs, and loyalty rewards to its Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published alongside each offer.

• Bonuses are available exclusively to Members who have completed account registration and, where specified, have met the applicable deposit or wagering conditions.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per Member, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are non-withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied.
• Standard welcome bonus wagering requirement: 10x the total bonus amount within 30 calendar days of credit. Specific promotions may carry different multipliers and time windows — refer to the individual promotion page.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games may contribute 10–20%; sports bets on markets with odds below 1.50 may be excluded entirely. Full contribution tables are published in the Promotions section.
• m11bet reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is cancelled after a bonus has been credited, the bonus balance and any wagering progress to date will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting using bonus funds, collusion between accounts, or exploitation of promotional errors — will result in immediate cancellation of the relevant bonus, recalculation of affected winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on m11bet, including sportsbook markets, live casino, slot games, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws.

6.1 Sportsbook

• All sports bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. m11bet does not permit bet cancellation after placement except where the Platform has experienced a manifest error (see Clause 6.4).
• m11bet offers Asian Handicap, Over/Under, 1X2, Both Teams to Score, mix parlay (accumulator bets across multiple selections), and a range of in-play markets. Odds are updated in real time and the price displayed at the moment of bet confirmation is the binding odds.
• Markets covering BRI Liga 1 (including Persija Jakarta, Persib Bandung, and Bali United fixtures), EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, and FIFA World Cup are available subject to fixture scheduling.
• For mix parlay bets, all selections must win for the bet to return a profit. In the event of one or more selections being voided (e.g., due to match postponement), the voided selection is removed and the parlay recalculated on the remaining legs.
• Minimum single bet: Rp 10.000. Maximum bet limits vary by market and are displayed at the point of bet placement.

6.2 Live Casino

• Live casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Sic Bo, and others) are operated by certified third-party studios. Game outcomes are final as determined by the dealing outcome visible on the live stream.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the round result as recorded by the game server is binding. m11bet is not liable for losses arising from a Member's internet connectivity issues.

6.3 Slots & RNG Games

• All slot and RNG-based games use certified random number generators. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game title are available within the game information panel.
• Progressive jackpot wins are subject to verification before payment. m11bet reserves up to 72 hours to verify jackpot claims before crediting the prize.

6.4 Manifest Errors

In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to obviously incorrect odds, system malfunctions, or data feed errors — m11bet reserves the right to void any affected bets and refund the stake to the Member's account. m11bet's decision in such cases is final and binding.

6.5 Prohibited Betting Conduct

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical, electronic, or computerized method to place bets is strictly forbidden.
• Arbitrage betting strategies that systematically exploit price differences between markets with the intent of guaranteed profit — rather than genuine recreational wagering — may result in account restriction or closure.
• Any form of match-fixing, collusion, or insider information exploitation is a serious violation of these Terms and will be reported to relevant sports integrity bodies.

m11bet is committed to operating in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) standards. As part of this commitment, all Members are required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification before their first withdrawal is processed.

The standard KYC documentation requirements are as follows:

• Proof of Identity: A clear photograph or scan of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) showing your full legal name, date of birth, and photograph. Passports are also accepted for non-Indonesian residents.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or photograph of the bank account or e-wallet registered in your name, confirming the account number matches the deposit source on file.
• Selfie Verification: A live selfie holding your KTP may be requested for enhanced verification purposes.

KYC documents are reviewed within 24 hours of submission in standard cases. m11bet may request additional documentation if the initial submission is insufficient to verify identity to the required standard. All content on the m11bet Platform — including but not limited to the m11bet brand name, logo, trade dress, website design, graphics, text, software, database structure, odds data, and game content — is the exclusive property of m11bet or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any Platform content without the prior written consent of m11bet.
• You may not use any m11bet trademarks, logos, or brand identifiers in any manner that is likely to cause confusion, or in a way that disparages or discredits m11bet.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit regarding the Platform may be used by m11bet freely without compensation or attribution to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, m11bet's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

m11bet expressly excludes liability for:

• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, consequential, or special loss of any kind, whether foreseeable or not;
• Platform downtime, technical failures, connectivity interruptions, or data transmission errors beyond m11bet's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from a Member's failure to maintain account security or safeguard login credentials;
• Inaccuracies in third-party data feeds (such as live sports scores used to settle in-play markets), where m11bet relies on such feeds in good faith;
• Any action taken by m11bet in good faith to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or requests from lawful authorities.

Either party may terminate the Member's account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

11.1 Termination by Member: You may close your account at any time by contacting m11bet support. Any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding any uncleared bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements) will be refunded to your verified payment method, subject to identity verification.

11.2 Termination by m11bet: m11bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account — with or without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Discovery that the Member does not meet eligibility requirements (including age or residency);
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Engagement in Prohibited Activities as defined in these Terms;
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more;
• m11bet's compliance with a legal obligation or regulatory direction;
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity.

Where an account is terminated by m11bet for cause, m11bet reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation. Where termination results from a regulatory obligation, funds may be held until the matter is resolved in accordance with applicable law.

m11bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, m11bet will notify registered Members by posting an updated version on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date, and may additionally send a notification to the email address associated with your account.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 11.1.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which m11bet holds its international gaming license. Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of Indonesia.

13.1 Informal Resolution: In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt informal resolution by contacting m11bet support at [email protected]. m11bet will endeavor to respond to all formal dispute submissions within 10 business days.

13.2 Formal Arbitration: If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding on both parties.

13.3 Class Action Waiver: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all disputes must be brought in the parties' individual capacities and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
